back on the ground floor again
experiencing all the hardness and pain
of the world I'm trying to strive in
and all my efforts always seem to be in vain

                                countless times now I've thought about giving up
                                making this loop of madness stop
                                think its finally the time that i gave up
                                on the stupid thought of reaching the top

but to my surprise, every time i find myself standing back up
trying to climb the rusted and broken ladder
i then keep wondering why do i keep climbing,
then i realize, the top awaits my arrival
